Meet Melissa Grimes, LMT
Melissa's background brings together healthcare, movement, and bodywork in a way that shapes every session she provides.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Respiratory Therapist, and Personal Trainer, she has spent years helping people better understand and care for their bodies. This diverse experience gives her a unique perspective on how movement, stress, posture, breathing, and daily habits can influence how we feel.
Her approach is grounded in continued education, thoughtful assessment, and creating a calm environment where clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Melissa believes that effective bodywork is never one-size-fits-all. Every session is tailored to the individual, with careful attention to each client's goals, lifestyle, and unique needs.
Melissa specializes in Barefoot Massage and Sarga Bodywork, helping clients address chronic tension, recover from physical demands, and move with greater ease. Meet Tyler Ulmer, LMT
License #2331
My path to massage therapy began long before I entered the classroom. As a teenager, I discovered yoga and meditation while searching for relief from my own physical and mental challenges. The positive impact these practices had on my life sparked a passion for helping others find that same sense of balance, relief, and well-being.
I graduated from Antonelli College in 2015 with an Associate Degree in Applied Science of Massage Therapy and have spent the last decade helping clients reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, and create healthier, more sustainable lives.
I believe self-care is not selfish. Our bodies and minds carry us through every season of life, yet they are often the last things we prioritize. My goal is to help clients view wellness not as a luxury, but as an investment in their long-term health and quality of life.
This philosophy is especially meaningful when working with mothers, teachers, healthcare professionals, and others who spend their days caring for everyone but themselves. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
My approach to bodywork is slow, intentional, and calming. In a world filled with constant noise and demands for our attention, many people don't need more stimulation, they need an opportunity to slow down. I strive to create a peaceful environment where your nervous system can settle, your body can unwind, and you can simply be.
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, managing stress, or simply taking time to care for yourself, my hope is that you leave each session feeling restored, and genuinely cared for.
